Hi, I’m Molly

My approach to therapy is to help you deepen your understanding of your feelings, thoughts, and behaviors so that you can improve your present. I often work with people who are experiencing depression, anxiety, or issues within their family or relationships. Sometimes this is the result of a major life change which may feel unmanageable. Or, sometimes it’s a result of simply feeling stuck in the same patterns. Together we will gain insight into past experiences and develop skills and tools to overcome any roadblocks to achieving the changes that you want to see in the present.

About Me:
I received my Masters in Social Work from NYU and work in community based mental health as both a therapist and clinical supervisor. Additionally, I completed psychodynamic training at Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy Study Center.

My Approach:
I believe therapy is a space for trading judgment for curiosity. I am a warm and collaborative therapist and I strive to provide an understanding and supportive environment while also challenging you in areas you wish to see growth. I approach therapy from a psychodynamic lens and often weave CBT and mindfulness practices into my work.
